Just stop.

I wrote about Seksualiti Merdeka before, read here if you want to.

I stand by what I've said before. I'm not going to pretend that I understand this, because I really don't. I've had lengthy discussions about sexuality issues with a bunch of people but most of the discussions got to the point where things became so confusing that they were inconclusive. I still don't know whether I'm supporting them (note that I do not condone same-sex marriage) or am I just showing indifference but one thing I know, I'm not passing any judgement. I applaud them for wanting to get their voices heard though. It takes tremendous courage to do that, and I have long believed that all of us need to be heard, one way or another.

I think it's not my (or your) place to condemn people for choosing the lives they chose to live. Who am I to say that I'm a better person than them just because I'm not one of them? I choose to believe that Allah is not cruel enough to create a man or a woman just so he or she could fill his life with committing sins. We make mistakes in order to learn from the said mistakes so that we can be a better person than we were yesterday.

Islam is a religion of peace of love. It's a beautiful religion. Why do we keep forgetting that?

And please don't be too quick to jatuh hukum. Awak cakap orang lain berdosa masuk neraka awak tu confirm ke masuk syurga? Just stop.

Now back to making fun of Taylor Swift's 3-chord songs and Justin Bieber's virility and swearing obscenities while watching football.
