I don't travel that much but I've stayed in some hotels which I think are the best in the world and some hotels that should be voted as worst in the world. I once stayed at some hotel cina somewhere because the rate was cheap and I didn't bring much money with me at that time.
Fine lah, I was being a cheapskate.
The training was conducted at a hotel near Sime Darby. The decor is very old skool and 70-ish. I like it actually because it reminds me of Jefri Zain. The rooms have very old-fashioned furniture and the TVs are not flat-screen. Even the toilets look old. Like I said, I don't really mind.
The food are quite tasty. I ate lamb for 4 days straight yo! I think the food here is better than the food in a few 4-stars hotels I've stayed in. Really.
That's why I think it's rude of my officemates to complain about the hotel and the food. Two of them said that other hotels have cakes as dessert (the hotel only serves bread pudding, some other puddings and a few agar-agar). Well, I've been to a few hotels who don't serve cakes as dessert so ayat tu memang mengundang betul. And the funny part is, one of them only knew that Nikko Hotel is a 5-star hotel because she said that Nikko Hotel sounds like a cheap one.
Really. That's what she said. I've never thought I'd meet a mortal who doesn't know that.
And most of them have the nerve to complain about the food. Nampak sangat kampung gila. They should know that hotels such as these do not have chefs that specialise in one type of food and thus why the menu is always almost the same.
I can't wait to hear about their complaints when we get to Equatorial Cameron Highland Hotel tomorrow. The place is nice but the furniture are a bit worn out. If I manage to restrain from killing myself after 3 days with them, I'll write about that.
You know about the girl who likes to talk that I told you about? She's only 19 but I really don't like her attitude. It's been ingrained to my brain that I've to respect my elders and don't just menyampuk sesuka hati when they talk, so I'm really annoyed when I said something and then she just cut off what I said and told us her story. Bitch, one of these days I'm gonna slap you good.
And please lah, I'm older than you kot. Don't bother correcting what I say when I know I'm saying the right thing. Jeez, I hate pompous know-it-alls. Memang mengundang betul. Mengundang nak kena terajang.

WTF bodoh gila taktau Nikko is a 5-star hotel (I have a soft spot for Nikko)! Kuat complain betul budak-budak ni. If they serve lamb, then they're better than average what!

Ummi, I like Nikko but I think the staff are a bit arrogant. Setiap kali pergi pun rasa macam nak terajang. Hello people, I'm a paying customer too, thank you very much.
