My goodness, I'm fucking blown away! This is pure epic even though Song For Dan Treacy sounds a lot like The Libertines and Siberian Breaks is like 70 hours long and has several befuddled transitions (I love both songs actually. Ooh scratch that, I love every song). It's hard to find a favourite track off the album because the album is meant to be heard as a whole. Listening to it is like taking a journey (psychedelically?) from start to finish with no breaks at all and that's the beauty of this album. Now I understand why MGMT will not be releasing a single from Congratulations. Like I said, the album is meant to be heard as a whole.
It might take a few listens for you to get used to it (unlike Oracular Spectacular) but it's worth your time. And I think that comparing Oracular Spectacular with Congratulations is like comparing an orange with an apple. They're too different.
Now I can't wait to hold the CD in my hands.
Haih, if only I can review this album like those people who write for the newspapers and get paid for doing it. Plus, they're gonna get the album for free. Life can be so unfair.
And maybe I should write something more serious and current like the MCA Election and whatnot, but then I'm too shallow to actually write things like that.

They've announced who got the Captain America role and sadly it's not Awesome from Chuck. I'm gonna find a corner to weep now. I hope this movie rots.
