so, i may be the only person in this whole wide world who doesn't share the sentiments regarding Michael Jackson's death. like i told a friend, i respect the talent, but i can't say the same about the man. even a sceptic like me can't deny his contribution to the music world, but bitch please, he was a child molester and in my book, that's worse than anything i can think of.
yes, i know how tragic his childhood was and how tragic his adulthood was, but that didn't excuse his wrongdoings. so what if he wasn't convicted and sent to jail? we all know the truth, no matter what the court said. just because he was a celebrity, he was acquitted of the crime. come on, if one kid made an allegation about the molestation, it might not be true. but if there were several, i'm pretty sure there might be some truths in there somewhere.
so yeah, while everyone is lighting candles and shit, you know i won't be joining in.
