yesterday morning, i got this message from a friend,

"wani, kalau ko analyze company ambil financial statements company ke group?"


and i answered,

"kalau nak buat comparison, ambil dua-dua tapi kalau untuk analyze satu je ambil yang company punya."
( actually, i bluffed this one, because i don't remember ever doing any company-analyzing or if i ever did any, i was suffering from memory loss)


and then my friend replied,

"kenapa nak ambil yang company punya? by the way, ko ada lupa apa-apa tak hari ni?"


which reminded me that that day was her birthday and i hastily looked for a birthday message that i've saved in my inbox, and in a way, distracted her from asking me more about the company-analyzing, and she replied,


"thank you, thank you. aku tau yang ko takkan lupa nye birthday aku."

well, thank God she didn't suspect anything!
