as everyone knows, i am one of the people who vehenmently opposed to the angkasawan programme. i thought (and still think) that it was bullshit, that it was time-wasting and we, the Malaysians, were playing heavily for the visions of a bunch of sick people. but, but ( there has to be a "but", you know)....

all of that didn't deter me from going to the program ramah mesra bersama angkasawan at the Dewan Seri Budiman this morning, armed with a camera ( pinjam, of course) and from wishing that i can take a picture of Dr Faiz and I together (with the hope that i can put the picture in my blog and my facebook so that my friends will be jealous). but, alas, it wasn't to be, as they whisked him away before any of us could do that, although he did pose so that we could snap a picture or two of him. and, and ( there should also be an and, you know) aand.....

i got to shake his hand!
