I wanted to tweet this but I've tweeted more than enough insensitive tweets already so I'll just leave this here. I'm so hoping I'll be proven wrong.
I can foresee I'll be watching an Air Crash Investigations episode on the disappearance of MH370 on Channel 551 this time next year. Everything about the aircraft's disappearance is so bizarre and eerie (at least to me), and I believe everything will be answered once it is found, and I really, really, really hope everyone and everything is safe.
Oh and let me be (not-)the first to say, most reporters are a joke. I actually admire the restraint shown by MAS and DCA officials in handing out info during the press conference, because at least we know most of the info given are fact and not speculative and none of them are jumping to conclusions. Yes, the press conference are poorly handled by some of the officials, with a few of them contradicting a few others, but hey, I'd be rather be given 3 lines of verified facts than 5 thousand pages of unverified bullshits. Some of the media outlets are quick to jump to conclusions and latch on to unsubstantiated allegations and just being all-around speculative assholes so I'd like to remind you of CNN's coverage of the Boston bombing.
I still hate Buzzfeed btw, but I know you people like to see pictures.
Here's to hoping that we don't wake up to bad news tomorrow.
