I have safely arrived thank you. Apart from the need to buang air every 10 seconds I'm perfectly fine. Haha macam apa je.
So anyway, my flights were nothing to talk about. I slept almost immediately after I sat down, and I slept all the way except for masa makan and masa pergi toilet. Oh and between the lull selepas makan and sebelum tidur pun berjaga jugak. So yeah, that's more or less 15 hours of sleep if you want to know, which explains why I only slept for 3 hours last night lepas tu dah tak boleh tidur jetlag my ass. My sister is still sleeping right now but then it's only 8:45 in the morning. Sedangkan kat Malaysia pun dia bangun lepas tengah hari, inikan pulak kat tempat yang tengah sejuk-sejuk camni.
Oh yeah during my flight before transit, I sat next to an English guy. Dunno actually whether he's English or not, but he speaks in a British accent. So when the meal was served, the air stewardess would wake you up and all. I asked for vegetarian food because I like to eat healthily like that and the English guy asked me, "you're a Muslim AND a vegetarian?" to which I stupidly answered "I can't be both ke bodoh?" I swear, I said the word "bodoh" out loud. Nasib baik kau tak faham Bahasa Melayu kan. Apa la Mat Saleh ni.
Oh talking about Mat Saleh and Bahasa Melayu. I chatted to a family of 3 (father and 2 sons) after checking in and while waiting to go on board in KLIA. One of the sons asked "Kakak nak pi mana?" in loghat Penang pekat. I was flabbergasted lah because this is a blonde, blue-eyed kid we're talking about. I've heard of blue-eyed, blonde kids talking in Bahasa Melayu baku before this but I've never heard one in loghat Penang so it struck me as cool. Turns out, the family is from Iraq (yeah I didn't know any blue-eyed and blonde Iraqi before this either) and the father works as a lecturer in one of the local universities in Penang. They were heading to Iraq and I wanted to ask whether it's safe to go to Iraq right now but I was afraid that it would sound insulting.
Oh talking about the kid. I am truly impressed with him. His name is Luqman and he can speak in 6 languages (Bahasa Melayu, English, Arabic, Kurdish, French and Spanish). 6 freaking languages! Man! He's only 10 years old, mind you. His brother, Abdurrahman (the adorable boy showed me his passport haha) is only 6 years old and he can speak in 4 languages already. As a fellow 6 language-speaker (Bahasa Melayu, English, Spanish telenovela, rempit-speak, urban language and Bahasa Indonesia sinetron), I truly feel like we're blood brothers. Kau ingat senang ke nak bercakap dalam banyak bahasa ni?
Luqman was really excited when he knew that I was heading to Manchester. He asked me whether I can sneak him into my backpack to meet Rudeboy Roon and Rafael and when he couldn't even fit one hand in my backpack, he asked me to get Roon's and Rafael's autographs for him and said " mai la Iraq datang rumah kami" macam Iraq tu sebelah Kajang je haha.
I'm going to a castle today yeayyy and maybe watch Prometheus later tonight. Lepas tu mungkin stalk James McAvoy pulak kot. Kalau takde James McAvoy, Zayn Malik pun orait jugak.
I will upload the photos later. Dunno why the laptop cannot read my phone. Yes, I use my phone to capture all the pictures. Clever me simpan kamera dalam backpack kat bawah baju-baju haha.
Sambung lagi lepas ni!

tang 6 languages tu aku rasa bole add Tagalog sekali.
so how's the vegan oriental food? betul ke tu nama dia?
Ehh aku prominent Tagalog speaker kot. Itu yang tak masuk dalam list tu. Ding Dong Dantes salamat pok.
Vegan oriental banyak tofu tapi sedap gak. On the flight to Manchester, air stewardess tersalah bagi aku yang non-vegan meal mula-mula tapi aku dah start makan. So aku dapat makan 2 meals hahaha.
