Logged into my Facebook last night and saw no less than 30 statuses about the tsunami in Japan (only 30 since I errr....hide more than 200 Facebook friends from my news feed). More than 5 people said something about how "Tuhan suruh manusia bertaubat, ini balasan/warning Tuhan terhadap umat akhir zaman yada yada yada lalallaalalala".
You know, you're not God to decide that. You don't even keep a tab on your own sins, so who are you to keep tabs on others'? Stop blaming every natural disaster on sins people (allegedly?) committed. I'm one of those few people who think that not everything needs a reason to happen. If it happened, then it happened. I just prefer it didn't happen.
Instead of trying to put a reason on every natural disaster, maybe you should channel your energy on praying for the people's safety and hoping that the death toll doesn't increase.
You know, I can't believe I have friends who think as such. Ingatkan orang tu je yang ada.
And I'm a sick weirdo for thinking that the radiation leakage is something else.
