Deftones rocked. That's all. I was too sleepy to take notice about everything else hahaha sorry.

I'm working with someone who likes to ask all the "What's wrong with Islam?" kind-of questions right now. Before this, I worked with him for 3 straight weeks and dear Lord, I was exhausted even before we reached the client's place. It's like he purposely wanted to pick a fight with me and pointed out all the Islam's flaws, it got to the point of very annoying. Among his WELL-DUH questions were, "Why Islam allows men to beat women up?", "Why can't Muslims eat pork?", "Why some Muslim girls are covered up and why some are not?", "Why can't women who are on menses go pray?", "Why some of you don't pray when it's required for you to do so?" and the questions went on and on and on and on and on.

I spent that 3 weeks researching about my own religion just so I could answer some of his questions, I'm ashamed to admit. And knowing me, you know I couldn't resist throwing some dig about his religion as well (he's a Buddhist). And of course I couldn't help it if my questions sounded insulting. He threw the insults first.

Anyway, yesterday, when he saw me early in the morning, the first question he asked was, "I heard you guys are not allowed to celebrate Valentine's" *cue big laughs*

I only said,

"That was enforced by people with no brain. If they spent 10 minutes on reading what Valentine's is all about they wouldn't sound as if their brains were full of shit".

Iyerp I did. That rendered him speechless. Can't help it that I was in a not-so-good mood too.

Really la wei, Valentine's Day is NOT a Christian's celebration, it was started by Pagans. It was just a coincidence that they sainted a guy named Valentine. I know it's already jatuh hukum that Valentine's Day is haram but please lah don't make it as if other religions condone immoral acts. Islam never teaches us to condemn other religions, so please stop it.

Don't paint Islam as a religion that is full of hate when it's not. Islam is a religion of peace, please remember that.
