If you've been reading this blog since the beginning, you'd know that I complain a lot. And other people are always wrong and I'm always right.

Yeah people, slap me now. Gently please.

Anyway, my siblings and I went to Sg Wang yesterday and holy holes, there's an Astro Boy outlet there! I want a holographic Astro Boy t-shirt so badly but it retails at RM138. Since Raya is looming, I can't afford to buy something or my budget would run over. Haha I've a Raya budget, don't laugh! If I didn't I would spend all of my salary buying inane things and there would be no money left after the Raya.

What is all this talk about abolishing the death penalty in Malaysia? Even though I've always believed that a person is innocent until he/she is proven otherwise (no I don't, but go along with me please), I think death penalty should stay. Since I learned everything about prison from TV and cinemas, the greatest learning institutions of all time, it is a known fact that almost everyone there is guilty of something. So you human rights issue champions and all, maybe you should just shut your yap up and let death penalty stay where it is.

So.....Yong Vui Kong, the Malaysian who's on death row in Singapore because of drug-trafficking offences. It's beyond ironic there's a "Save Vui Kong" campaign here when this country practices death penalty too. I know, who am I to dictate whether he should live or die, only God can do that, but Goddammit he commited a crime, let him pay for it.

Okay lah, so maybe the death penalty shouldn't be used for drug-trafficking offences and possession of fire-arms, but what about murder? Rape? Sodomy? (note: rape and sodomy don't warrant capital punishment). And that raises up another question. If people are calling for death penalty on rape and sodomy and baby-dumping because they say the acts destroy the victims' lives, why can't death penalty be used on drug-trafficking and possessing of fire-arms too? Both offences destroy people's lives too.

Maybe one of these days, a just decision can be made. But for now, I'm all for capital punishment.
