I just realised if Man City manages to secure the 4th place, there's a chance they'll be competing against the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, the champions, well, you know, the teams that are worthy of the word "champions".
I'm having flashbacks of that final in Istanbul. They haven't won the domestic league title for almost 30 years (I know it's 20-odd years but go along with me. 30 years sounds like a lifetime to me) and yet they won the Champions League.
What a nightmare. And I hate Man City more than I hate Liverpool.
