I made the mistake of telling someone that I want books (read:poetry books) as my wedding gifts, and he mocked me everytime he had a chance. He would insinuate the poetry books topic everytime we talked about wedding gifts and hantaran. Every. Single. Time.

Yes people, I'd really appreciate it if you give me books instead of other things. I like gadgets too, but none of my friends are that rich.

Dah lah dia tengok Kardashians Special yang ada wedding Khloe malam tadi. Can't believe I wasted my precious minutes hearing things like their mom's wedding gown that Khloe refused to wear and lots of WTF-kind of things that only happened in the world of the Kardashians.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I miss Shahriz. Sedih la pulak. And I think I know more about Siti Nurhaliza than I know myself. Amazing.

On a more important topic, I like Vampire Weekend's new album. They somehow managed to produce an album that's weirder than their debut album, so I understand why VW is not everyone's cup of tea. My favourite tracks are Horchata, White Sky and Giving Up the Gun. I'm a bit sad that they have a song titled "I Think Ur A Contra" though. Why can't they spell it right and use "You're" instead of "Ur"?

I know it's only 15 days, but I seriously think that this album might be one of the best albums in 2010. Trust.
