Every demographic was represented

I'm sure everyone has their own songs of the moment. These are the songs that you hear when you're feeling down, the songs that you hear when you're happy, the songs that you can't stop playing because it's wreaking a havoc with your goddamn brain.

You know, those songs.

I really want to say that I only listen to meaningful songs, but then you'd know that I'm lying. This time, I mean it though. I can't stop singing this one uplifting, meaningful and perpetual song. Everytime I sing this song, the images of hungry children, homeless people, world disasters, the fascists, the racists, the socialists, Dalai Lama, Karl Marx, Mek Wok, etc, etc would flit right before my eyes. Yup, this song is so powerful, it'd bring me to tears everytime.

Very, very powerful, trust me.

I should write a letter to Lonely Island STAT. Because of them, I now know the responsibilities that come with a boombox. I would never underestimate the boombox again. Maybe I should write a letter to the boombox too, to ask for forgiveness for not knowing the limits of a boombox. And only Julian Casablancas can make a morally uplifting, inspiring, and meaningful song like this sounds so intensely beautiful (check out Jules' solo project Phrazes for the Young too-that album is INSANE).

And if you're too thick to understand anything, Lonely Island, Julian Casablancas, this song and I are just being sarcastic. I can't believe people still don't get the jokes. And I still can't believe the guys got Jules to do this. I still laugh everytime I hear this song.
